The Government of India has taken the historical step of codifying 29 laws into 4 Codes so that workers can get security along with respect, health, and other welfare measures with ease. From this course, you will be able to understand and adapt the 4 New Labour Codes and be able to implement them in their organization. Based on Experiential Learning Pedagogy with a Senior Practicing Corporate Lawyer, drawing extensively on real-life case studies, this course will enable professionals to get hands-on experience and understanding of the subject.
Master Class on Industrial Relations and labour laws is a 12 session long learning pathway for HR professionals to get better understanding of the labour laws and implement it in thier organisation. The format is combining 12 live interactions (combined 30 hours) with senior practitioners from the industry, drawing extensively on real-life case studies.
