Sunder is a transformation and commercial excellence leader with over two decades of cross-industry experience across healthcare, technology, and financial services.
He has held leadership roles at GSK, Pfizer and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, including serving as Country Managing Director for GSK Sri Lanka during one of the region’s most turbulent economic crises.
He is the author of Get Unstuck (Westland, 2026), written for managers trying to break through the middle-management plateau, and co-author of HeadStart (Penguin, 2024), a career book for young professionals. The book has received wide acclaim from business leaders for its practical advice, lived wisdom, and focus on skills that matter in dynamic workplaces.
