About the Speaker

Avadhesh Dixit
CHRO, Acuity Knowledge Partners

Avadhesh Dixit is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Acuity Knowledge Partners and also leads Acuity’s Global CSR activities. He joined the business in 2016 and is based in our Gurgaon office. Avadhesh has 22+ years of experience in human resource management at companies in the UK, Ireland, the US, and Europe. Prior to Acuity, he was Vice President and Head of HR at GE Capital Business Process Management Services Pvt Ltd and the GE Capital-State Bank of India JV. Previously, he held HR leadership roles at Moody’s Corporation, CMC Ltd, and Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. He holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Delhi School of Economics of the University of Delhi, with a graduate degree in Economics.

He is certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA, and is a regular speaker at Indian national HR and CSR conferences.
