A Senior HR professional with a masters in HR from TISS, India. Experience spanning 29 years in Indian and Multinational companies like GE, Ranbaxy, HSBC and Dupont in global and leadership roles, based out of India, Japan, Korea, Middle East and Singapore.

Having moved across industries, from financial services to chemicals to business process outsourcing to pharmaceuticals, He have multicultural and diverse exposure. A lot of him experience has been in transformational roles, driving growth and leading HR change agenda, setting up of People Strategy for growth and building Organization and People DNA for business success. Some of the core HR areas of expertise has been in Staffing, Rewards, Talent Management, Organization design and capability development.
