About the Speaker

Dora Harsh Suri
Sr Human Resources Consultant / HR Leadership Roles

Dora comes with more than 16 years of industry experience across different sectors like Telecom, Manufacturing,
E-Commerce & IT/ITES. She is an MBA (HR) from UBS, Chandigarh and over the years worked extensively in design &
execution in the areas of Organizational Culture Building, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance
Management, Leadership Assessment, Learning & Development, HR Systems, Process Improvements and HR
Operations.

She has worked with Bharti Airtel Ltd., Eicher Polaris Pvt Ltd., PepperTap, Twenty Two Motors (now Bounce) in full
time roles. Currently, she works independently with companies, helping them with HR strategy & execution. She
works with CEOs & CXOs to define and implement people practices that are linked to organizational goals and plans.

Her most notable work has been around developing Organizational Vision, Values & Competency Frameworks, Career
& Succession Planning, Employer Branding, Designing L&D Strategy & Roadmap, Implementing HR technology,
spearheading Performance Review cycles and designing effective HR processes.
