Manager-Sales & Partnership

Experience: 5-6 years   Location: Delhi

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments
  • Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
  • Manage day-to-day partnership activities with a focus on existing performance growth, and advocate internally on behalf of partners.
  • Identify and drive the business development activities for the category
  • Identify the sources and generating revenue
  • Develop plans to meet or exceed the company's revenue target
  • Qualify leads, manage negotiations and close sales opportunities. 
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and product demonstrations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (CEOs /CXO / CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD/SALES HEAD/ HR HEAD/ CFO/ Etc.) and identifying new opportunities

  • Strong relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills 
  • Preferably worked in an early stage start-up 
  • Be very comfortable with data and numbers 
  • Target oriented and sales driven
  • Strong communication and analytical skills 
  • Passion and a strong sense of ownership
