Lead Inside Sales

Experience: 3-10 years   Location: Delhi

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, propose, nurture and close sales opportunities
  • Achieve the required quantity and quality of outbound calls and cold emails to prospects and qualify them, thus converting enough new business to meet the monthly quota
  • Generate sales through cold/warm calling as well as emailing current and prospective customers
  • Utilize multiple resources such as email, phone, social selling and web tools to communicate and present company offerings to the prospective clients
  • Generating revenue by hunting new clients & farming existing
  • Maintain and build CRM data to build a predictable sales model
  • Achieve and/or exceed the defined targets
  • Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize revenue, also give weekly forecasting
  • To create / maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor pitch the product according to their specifications
  • To positively promote the Company, its mission and core values

We are looking for:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills 
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills required
  • Strong sales acumen
  • People from BPO will be given preference
